Lincoln Steam Engineering Ltd was set up in 2004 to provide a specialist service to Model and Full size steam engine owners. The Companies management has many years experience in both full size road steam engines and in large scale model construction.

Our main engineering works consists of a machine shop (3000 sq ft) with facilities to turn up to 3ft diameter x 6 ft long, horizontal boring, milling, drilling, grinding and gear cutting. We are also able to provide a fabrication service.

The Companies main product is an accurate 6” scale model of the Burrell Devonshire, Single Crank Compound, Traction Engine. This can be supplied as a set of drawings, castings and raw materials, part or fully machined components, or as a complete ready built and tested engine.
